Acting and vocal skills will be learned through the production of scenes from plays and musicals.
....learn how to properly articulate and project your voices singing in unison and in parts... unlock the imagination with theater games, improvisation and role playing...approach a script, follow direction, make strong choices and most importantly have confidence.
Each week builds onto the next, to allow the students to further hone their skills and create a solid training background. Most importantly, these performance skills: listening, team building, quick thinking and empathy are skills for life. Additional Jazz and Tap dance classes strongly encouraged. Three hours/week.

Instructor, David Loudermilk, received his BFA in Directing, with a minor in dance from Catawba College. He has performed both regionally and internationally at theaters, theme parks and on cruise ships. He is currently pursuing a MFA in directing at Minnesota State University Mankato.
Vocal instructor, Michelle Sedivy, received a BS degree in music from Minnesota State University Mankato.. Professionally she has sung with the MN Valley Chorale and in Minneapolis the vocal groups One Voice and Calliope.
